Removing and installing tail light
Removing
Caution: The black side cover of the light can not be dismantled.
– Switch off the ignition and all electrical components.
– Remove cover -1- and screw -2- (Screw remains in the body, it is provided with a safety device against falling).
– Remove light -1-, taking into account the lengths of attached wires -arrow-.
– Release connector and remove it.
Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order, pay attention to the following points:
Caution: Hazard caused by water ingress and functional faults of the light.
When inserting the lights into the assembly opening, ensure that the connection wiring loom is inserted into the vehicle cockpit.
Crushed cables between the body and lights causes significant leakage of rainwater and electrical installation damage.
– Insert the light into the guide grooves in the guide profile under the light.
Note: Pay attention to the correct fitting and undamaged seals.
There are two adjusting elements under the inner side to adjust the light in the body.

Removing and installing the tail light in the tailgate
Note: The lights are fitted with LEDs.
LEDs cannot be replaced separately.
Removing
– Lever cap -1- out of the tailgate trim panel behind the tail light -arrow-.
– Remove screws -arrows-.
– Swivel out light -1- swing out -arrow- and remove from the assembly opening while taking the connected cable lengths into account.
– Unlock and pull off connector -2-.
Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order, pay attention to the following points:

Removing and installing fog tail light
Rear fog light is located in the rear bumper on the driver's side.
In the event of a fault, the fog light must be replaced completely.
Removing
– Remove the rear bumper.
– Disconnect the plug connection.
– Unscrew fixing screw -2-.
– Release the light -1- out of the catches arrows -A-.
– Remove the light in the direction of the arrow -B-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order.

Removing
– Switch off the ignition and all electrical components.
– Remove tail light
– Unclip the bulb holder -1- from the catch pegs -arrows- and remove.
– Remove defective light bulb -1- (W16W) from the socket and replace.
Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order, pay attention to the following points:

Removing
– Switch off the ignition and all electrical components.
– Remove tail light
– Unclip the bulb holder -1- from the catch pegs -arrows- and remove.
– Remove defective light bulb -2- (WY16W) from the socket and replace.
Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order, pay attention to the following points:
